  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
  • The product is unused and returned with original packaging and tags

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer handling
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Personal care or hygiene-related items (if applicable)

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • The refund process may take 5–7 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
